Several measurements u guys might want to consider for 2019 on top of your current success metric this year such as how many more vacay/career progression/etc - there's more such as:
- How often times do you sit down and pray or pray together with family members/partner/friends?
- How many times are u home out spending time with friends/families about their dream or fears?
- How many times are you able to be thankful despite the difficult situation u are in?
- How often times when you feel there is no way but God revealed something beyond ur imagination?
- How many more times do you get to reconcile and forgive? Or let go peacefully?
- List can go on as we recalibrate our measurement according to His will.
